I don’t know anyone in the picture, but it reminded me of an old picture of my dad in a football team. I found it recently, and my daughter (4 years old) loves looking at it. Children find these photos of “grandad” or “dad’s grandad” fascinating!

I recognise a few of the staff in the photo. Dr Gatrad, Paediatrician still working, is third from right on front row, Arther Hill is on his right.

John Rostill is sixth from right on back row, and on his left is a medical consultant whose name I can’t recall but will be well known by some still working. The man second from left on the back row was in charge of catering and later also support services. Keith Palmer Head of support services will know his name. There are other medical staff there too. Dr Gatrad may be able to help with identification.
